Payment Methods

Shop Baby Four accepts a variety of payment options. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX,  Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Visa Electron, Cartes Bancaires, and Maestro.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges (with a few limitations.) Please note that a flat rate $4.50 restocking fee will be applied to any returns but will be waived for exchanges. Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return and/or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

  • Our exchange policy is limited to 20 days from purchase date. If 20 days have passed since the purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.

  • To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags attached.

  • For worn items returned, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping invoice back to them.

  • Eligible items may only be exchanged for the same item ONLY. If item is out of stock for an exchange, the customer may exchange for an item the same exact price as item being exchanged. 

Submitting a Return/Exchange:

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when it was purchased and shipped to customer. 

  • Items must have originally tagging still attached to items to be eligible for return/exchange. 

  • Your order must be within 20-day period of being purchased.

  • Fill out your info on our contact page to return or exchange items. Please include order number an a brief message clarifying if its a return and/or exchange. Please list why you are returning and/or exchanging. 

  • You may also DM us all the information above on our instagram @shopbabyfour.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Order Processing Time:

  • Items we carry in our shop are stocked and ready to ship.

  • Your purchase will be shipped immediately following payment receipt and verification.

  • Shipping processing time is approximately 3-5 business days.

  • For international orders, shipping can take up to a 3 weeks.

Shipping Methods: All purchases/orders are shipped with tracking provided.

Shipping Rates: Free Shipping on orders over $50 in the United States. Free shipping over $100 internationally.
